Salary: 22.00 per hour | 37.5 hours per week (Internal Rotational Rota - Days/Nights)

Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a passion for specialist rehabilitation? We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to join our dynamic Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) at our Acquired Brain Injury Rehabilitation Unit in Plymouth.

The Role:

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centred care to individuals undergoing rehabilitation for acquired brain injuries. You will play a key role in implementing personalised care plans and working collaboratively with our MDT.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding clinicaland therapeutic care to patients with complex neurological needs.
Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team (MDT)to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and manage complex health needs with a rehabilitative focus.
Act as a named nurse, ensuring all care is documented accurately and in line with NMCstandards.
Support patients and their families, providing education and emotional support throughout their rehabilitation journey.
Participate in the internal rotational rota, working flexibly across days and nights.
What We Are Looking For (Essential Requirements):

A valid NMC PIN as a Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD)*.

A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience as an RGN or RMN*.

A genuine interest in brain injury rehabilitationand complex care.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team*.

A proactive, compassionate, and resilient approach to nursing.
Desirable Skills:

Previous experience in a rehabilitation, neurological, or acute setting is highly advantageous.
