We are recruiting for a 36 hours on nights per week nurse to join a team of other registered nurses, whilst supporting the Registered Manager/Deputy manager in ensuring the smooth running of the complex nursing unit.

Essential Skills:
MUST be hardworking and adaptable by responding quickly to changes.
MUST be passionate about high quality care and teamwork
NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN)
Excellent clinical and assessment skills
Ability to create and maintain comprehensive care plans
Competence in medication administration
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under NMC guidelines
Desirable:
Minimum of 6 month acute experience (preferably hospital experience) but this is not essential.
Having worked with complex respiratory patients before.
Driving licence (Shifts start at 0700am).

Shift pattern
1900 to 0700hrs.
As a Registered Nurse you will provide the highest quality of care and support to our Residents in accordance with Company Policies, Procedures and Protocols and the standards set by the Regulatory Bodies CQC and NMC.
This is fundamental role, you will need to demonstrate strong Leadership skills. We pride ourselves on values and expect the successful applicant to do the same. This role although challenging, is a rewarding role which will enable you to make a real difference.
