Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and medical histories. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans based on patient needs. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians while monitoring for side effects and effectiveness. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and treatment options. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered Nurse. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology, with the ability to apply this knowledge in clinical practice. Proven experience in patient care, demonstrating compassion and empathy towards patients. Proficiency in medication administration, including understanding dosages, side effects, and interactions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in documentation and patient care processes.
