We are seeking a dedicated and experienced
Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
to join our supportive night team. This role involves shared accountability with other nursing staff and is ideal for someone who enjoys collaborative working while providing high-quality care.Requirements:
Valid RGN or RMN registration Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a care home or clinical setting Knowledge of medication rounds and patient care Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver safe and high-quality nursing care to residents during night shifts Administer medication and monitor residents' health and wellbeing Support continuity of care alongside day and night nursing teams Maintain accurate records and adhere to care protocols Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure residents' needs are met
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 21.25-24.25 per hour
Expected hours: 33 per week
