We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team supporting care homes The ideal candidate will provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in various medical settings.
Duties:
- Delegate to a team of carers
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient vital signs and symptoms
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and their families on health management within a care home setting
Must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
- Curent NMC pin
- Strong knowledge of medication administration, anatomy, and patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of CQC compliance
- Knowledge in Camascope or similar resident management systems
- Using home experience
Preferred but not essential:
Tracheotomy care experience
Peg feeding Experience
