Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers Monitor patient vital signs and symptoms, reporting any changes to the medical team Assist in diagnostic tests and procedures Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Experience
Essential: Strong anatomy knowledge Essential: Proficiency in medication administration Essential: Skilled in providing comprehensive patient care
Desirable:
Experience in a hospital or clinical setting Specialised training in a specific area of nursing such as paediatrics or geriatrics
