Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated nurses/RGNs to join our team. The ideal candidates will provide essential professional clinical support, guidance and leadership both to residents in a care home setting, and also to health care team members. Our overriding priority will always be to ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of all our residents, their loved ones and our team members.
This role requires excellent clinical ability and professional judgement, integrity and honesty, effective communication and leadership skills and the ability to follow and develop care plans while fostering a positive and thoroughly inclusive working environment for our team members.
Available roles at Woodbury House include 12 - 48 hours, days, nights, and bank roles.

Duties
Leading the team to assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.
Supporting residents in maintaining their independence and dignity while ensuring appropriate and personal centred care is delivered.
Implement and follow individual care plans tailored to each client's needs.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
Maintain accurate and entirely relevant records of resident care.
Keen to take advantage of excellent opportunities to participate in CPD - training and additional courses to develop skills, confidence, abilities...and enjoy ongoing career development.
Requirements
Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is welcome but absolutely not essential.
A current and active PIN and NMC registration, with appropriate clinical skills.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being able to work independently.
A caring attitude with a commitment to delivering consistently excellent clinical and general care to our residents.
Keen to learn, to grow and develop, prepared to challenge the 'norm' and poor practice, and want to achieve more, and better. CPD is a big priority for us!
