Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions. Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions or side effects. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety. Assist in the training and supervision of junior nursing staff and students as required.

Skills

Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to effectively assess patient conditions. Proficient in medication administration, with a keen attention to detail regarding dosages and potential interactions. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm demeanour. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Pay: 22.00-26.00 per hour
