We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our team in a well-established nursing home in Clacton-on-Sea. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in elderly care, excellent clinical skills, and the ability to work independently during day shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a care home setting.

- Administer and manage medication rounds safely and efficiently.

- Work closely with the Deputy Manager to ensure the well-being of residents.

- Conduct clinical assessments and develop personalized care plans.

- Supervise and support healthcare assistants and junior staff.

- Maintain accurate records in compliance with NMC standards.

- Ensure a safe and caring environment for residents, adhering to CQC regulations.

Requirements:

- Valid NMC PIN (Registered General Nurse - RGN).

- Minimum 3 years of experience as an RGN in a nursing home or care home setting.

- Strong knowledge of elderly care, clinical procedures, and medication management.

- Ability to work without supervision during day shifts.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Compassionate, patient-focused, and committed to delivering outstanding healthcare.

Desirable Skills:

- Experience working with dementia care or long-term conditions.

- NVQ Level qualifications in health and social care.

- Previous experience in a senior nurse, ward sister, or clinical lead role.
