Working Hours & Shift Pattern

3 shifts per week on days and nights
12 hour shifts
Mixed shifts offered, including days, nights, and weekends.
Breaks provided in line with regulations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN) to join a specialist complex care service supporting an individual within their home environment. You will deliver high-quality, person-centred clinical care, working alongside a supportive coordination team committed to improving quality of life, independence, and wellbeing. This Registered Nurse (RGN) role is ideal for a compassionate and confident nurse who thrives in a one-to-one setting, values continuity of care, and enjoys making a meaningful impact every day.
Key Responsibilities
Provide safe, person-centred nursing care within a home-based complex care package
Deliver tracheostomy care, including routine checks and tube changes
Manage PEG and/or NGT feeding, including troubleshooting and pH checks
Conduct chest auscultation, nebulisation therapy, and medication administration
Support with moving and handling using hoists and specialist equipment
Deliver personal care, hygiene support, and physical therapy routines
Maintain accurate electronic documentation and daily clinical reporting
Work collaboratively with care coordinators, therapists, and family members
Ensure compliance with care plans, safeguarding procedures, and clinical standards
Promote dignity, respect, safety, and independence at all times
Requirements
NMC-registered Registered Nurse (RGN)
Right to work in the UK
Experience in an acute, community, or complex care setting
Experience with tracheostomy care (mandatory)
Experience with PEG/NGT care (preferred)
Confident with respiratory care and chest assessments
Competent with manual handling and mobility equipment
Caring, patient, and able to deliver hands-on one-to-one care
Good written and verbal communication skills
Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential
Clean DBS check and suitable references
Job role also suitable for: Registered Nurse, Complex Care Nurse, RGN, Community Nurse, Homecare Nurse, Community Registered Nurse or Homecare Registered Nurse.
