We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate

Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high standards of nursing care in line with the NMC Code of Conduct. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans. Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate clinical documentation. Collaborate with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care outcomes. Support and supervise care staff, promoting best practices in care delivery. Participate in clinical audits, safeguarding procedures, and quality improvement initiatives. Respond promptly and effectively to clinical emergencies.

Requirements

Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC PIN. Strong clinical knowledge and experience in elderly, dementia, or nursing home care. Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills. Ability to maintain professionalism and provide guidance under pressure. Commitment to delivering compassionate, person-centred care.
