Full-time - 36 hours per week, Rotational Shifts (must be able to work Days and Nights)

Salary:

19.50 per hour + Paid Breaks

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate

Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)

Nursing Home in Warrington

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with residents' individual care plans. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care to meet the needs of residents. Administer medication safely and accurately. Maintain clear, detailed, and accurate documentation at all times. Supervise and support care staff to ensure consistent standards of care. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals. Ensure compliance with NMC standards, company policies, and CQC regulations.

Requirements

Valid

NMC PIN

(Registered General Nurse or Registered Mental Health Nurse). Previous experience in a

nursing home or elderly care environment

. Excellent clinical knowledge, communication, and leadership skills. A caring, reliable, and professional approach. Ability to work

both day and night shifts

on a

rotational basis
