Location: Selby, YO8

Shift Pattern: Part-Time Nights (24.5 hours per week)

Salary: 19.85 per hour + Paid Breaks

### About the Role:

We're looking for a compassionate Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our friendly nursing home team in Selby (YO8). This part-time night shift role is perfect for a nurse with care home experience who enjoys working autonomously while providing exceptional elderly care.

### Key Responsibilities:

? Deliver high-quality clinical care in line with NMC standards

? Safely manage medication rounds and treatments

? Take shift charge during nights, ensuring resident safety

? Work closely with the Deputy Manager and care team

? Maintain accurate care plans and records

? Adhere to CQC guidelines and home policies

### ? Essential Requirements:

? Valid NMC Pin (must be active)

? Minimum 1 year's experience as an RGN in a care home

? Proven ability to work independently on night shifts

? Strong medication management skills

? Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills

### Desirable Skills:

- Experience with dementia care

- Willingness to mentor junior staff
