About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate

Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)

to join our team on

night shifts

at Ty Coch Care Home.
As a Night Nurse, you will play a key role in providing clinical support, overseeing care delivery, and ensuring the highest standards of nursing care during the night.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred nursing care. Administer and manage medications in line with NMC and regulatory standards. Monitor residents' conditions and respond promptly to any changes. Lead, support, and mentor care staff throughout the night. Maintain accurate records, care plans, and documentation. Build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues. Promote independence, dignity, and choice at all times. Ensure compliance with safeguarding, CQC, and company standards.

What We're Looking For

NMC Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid PIN. Previous experience in a care home or similar clinical setting preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills. Compassionate, professional, and person-focused approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Must be

based in the UK

and able to

commute reliably

to Ty Coch Care Home in Newport.
