About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced

Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)

to join our team at

Lytham Court Nursing Home

. This position offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional person-centred care within a supportive and professional environment.

Lytham Court is a

Dementia Nursing Home

, however, many of our residents have

complex physical care needs

, requiring skilled clinical input and compassionate nursing support.

Key Responsibilities

Delivering high-quality nursing care in line with NMC standards. Managing and monitoring residents' clinical needs, including: Catheterisation, insertion, and monitoring Wound care management and dressings Diabetes management and insulin administration Venepuncture and medication management Creating and maintaining detailed care plans and clinical documentation. Supporting and mentoring care staff to ensure consistent, safe, and effective care delivery. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, residents, and families.

Requirements

NMC-registered

Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)

.

Previous experience in a Nursing Home setting

is essential. Strong clinical assessment and communication skills. Compassionate, reliable, and professional approach to care.
