Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care during night shifts. Administer medications and maintain accurate clinical records. Oversee and support care staff, ensuring high standards of practice. Respond effectively to residents' needs and emergencies overnight. Ensure compliance with CQC standards and clinical governance.
Requirements
Valid
NMC registration
(RGN or RMN). Experience in a nursing home or similar care environment. Strong clinical knowledge and ability to work independently at night. Compassionate, reliable, and committed to excellent resident careJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From 22.50 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
