Our brand-new, luxury care home is set in the small village of Crow, very close to Ringwood. We provide Residential, Dementia, Nursing and Respite care for up to 72 residents.


We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. Whether you are experienced in care homes or looking to bring your nursing skills into a new setting, this role offers the chance to make a real difference.

What We Offer

23.00 per hour 24 hours per week, contracted Paid breaks Pension scheme, Onsite parking Paid DBS, Uniform provided 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)

What You Will Do

You will design and implement personalised care plans, working closely with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals. You will observe daily health and wellbeing, ensure accurate documentation, and administer medications safely in line with protocols.


Leading your team with confidence, you will support colleagues to deliver high-quality care and guide them through handovers and daily routines. Building strong relationships with residents and families will be central to your role, alongside promoting dignity, respect, and independence. You will also play an active part in creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment where every resident feels valued.

What We Are Looking For

Registered General or Mental Health Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN Passion for elderly care and commitment to delivering excellent service Strong communication skills to support residents, families, and colleagues A calm, patient, and professional approach with a genuine dedication to resident wellbeing
