Job Title: Night Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) - Dementia Specialist

Location: Warrington, WA5 (Free on-site parking)

Shift Pattern: Nights only (36 hours per week, 8pm-8am)

Salary: 20.28 per hour (37,960 FTE) + paid breaks

### Specialist Night Nursing Opportunity in Dementia Care

We're seeking an experienced RMN to join our dedicated 20-bed dementia unit in Warrington. This night role offers the chance to provide specialist mental health care while taking clinical leadership responsibility during night shifts.

### Your Night Shift Role Will Include:

Specialist Dementia Care:

- Deliver person-centred care for residents with complex dementia needs

- Manage behavioural challenges using therapeutic approaches

- Implement night-time comfort strategies for residents

Clinical Leadership:

- Lead medication rounds and treatment administration

- Conduct night-time health and safety checks

- Supervise and support night care staff

Professional Practice:

- Maintain NMC revalidation requirements

- Complete accurate clinical documentation

- Participate in care plan reviews

### Essential Requirements:

Current NMC registration (RMN)

Minimum 3 years' mental health/dementia experience

Proven medication management competency

Ability to work autonomously during night shifts
