Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Arran View Care Home. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional resident care and demonstrate an in-depth understanding of care delivery. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in assessing resident needs, planning and implementing care plans, and collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care.

Duties

Supporting and guiding a team in a fast-paced environment. Providing excellent care and support to our residents. ensuring the safe administration of medication in accordance with current standards. Completion of mandatory e-learning and attendance of face to face training. Creating and carrying out person centred care plans. Offering a safe, caring stable environment to the people we support. Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines. Working in partnership with the management team to ensure the smooth running of the home. Support, guide and mentor other members of your team.

Requirements

Valid nursing registration with the NMC. Minimum 1 year post-registration experience in relevant position or prior experience in similar role. An enthusiastic and eager to learn attitude.
