Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe and effective nursing care tailored to residents with learning disabilities.
Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical records.
Assess, plan, and evaluate care plans according to residents' needs.
Supervise and support care staff in delivering person-centred care.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.
Requirements
Qualified
NMC-registered nurse (RNLD)
with relevant post-registration experience.
Previous experience in a care or nursing setting, ideally with learning disabilities.

UK Driving Licence
