We are seeking a dedicated and experienced
Registered Nurse (Learning Disabilities, RNLD)
to join our professional care team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents with learning disabilities, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and overall quality of life.This role requires flexibility to work both day and night shifts and a commitment to delivering excellent clinical care.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe and effective nursing care tailored to residents with learning disabilities. Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical records. Assess, plan, and evaluate care plans according to residents' needs. Supervise and support care staff in delivering person-centred care. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.
Requirements
Qualified
NMC-registered nurse (RNLD)
with relevant post-registration experience. Previous experience in a care or nursing setting, ideally with learning disabilities. FullUK Driving Licence
. Excellent communication, clinical, and organisational skills. Compassionate, professional, and committed to high-quality care.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From 22.60 per hour
Expected hours: 36 - 48 per week
