Key Responsibilities:

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:

Delivering the highest standards of nursing care to our elderly residents, many of whom are living with dementia.
Conducting accurate medication rounds and administering medications in line with NMC guidelines and company policy.
Working autonomously and confidently during day shifts, demonstrating strong clinical decision-making skills.
Developing, implementing, and evaluating personalised care plans.
Collaborating closely with the Deputy Managerand multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care delivery.
Providing leadership and support to junior care staff, acting as a role model for best practices.
Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records.
Upholding all CQC standards and contributing to clinical governance and quality assurance.
Qualifications & Experience:

The ideal Nursing Home Nurse will have:

A valid NMC Pin(RGN, RMN, or RNLD).
A minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience as a Registered Nurse*.

Substantial experience working in a Nursing Home or Care Homesetting.
Proven experience in medication administration and management.
The ability to work independently and without direct supervision.
Excellent clinical skills, including a strong understanding of elderly careand complex needs.
Experience in dementia careis highly desirable.
A compassionate, professional, and reliable nature.
Shift Pattern:

Full-Time(36.75 hours per week).
Day Shifts Only(12.25 hours per shift).
