Salary:

24.00 - 43.50 per hour

Main Responsibilities:

Conduct patient assessments and implement care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and record patient health status and progress. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Provide education and support to patients and their families. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulations. Promote a safe and healthy environment for both patients and staff. Engage in continuing professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements

Valid NMC Pin and recent UK nursing experience. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions. Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
