We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Synergy Care and Education Nursing Team and support our clients in and around Par. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care, demonstrating excellent clinical skills and a thorough understanding of anatomy and medication administration. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and ensuring the delivery of effective treatments.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and document findings accurately.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans based on patient needs.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes in condition to the appropriate medical staff.
Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and treatment options.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care and improve patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate records of patient care activities in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Uphold infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
Requirements
Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably within a hospital or healthcare facility.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology related to medication administration.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
A compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on empathy and respect for individual needs.
