Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse band 5 to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and ensuring the delivery of effective treatments. Your expertise in anatomy, patient care, and medication administration will be essential in promoting optimal health outcomes for our patients.

Duties

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and medical histories. Develop and implement individualised care plans based on patient needs. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patients' progress and respond to changes in their condition. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care. Educate patients and their families about health management and disease prevention. Maintain accurate records of patient assessments, treatments, and progress. Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures.

Requirements

Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting. Proficiency in medication administration techniques. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks. A compassionate approach to patient care with a strong commitment to ethical practices. Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the healthcare facility.
