RGN or RMN qualified nurse with valid NMC registration Minimum 1 year experience working in a nursing home setting Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to provide compassionate, person-centred care
Role Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents Administer medications and monitor residents' health and wellbeing Support care staff and collaborate with colleagues to maintain excellent care standards Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Work flexible shifts to meet the needs of the home and residents
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 21.00-22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
