About the Role:

You will be part of a caring team supporting older residents, including those with dementia. This role involves running the shift alongside the senior nurse, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring high standards of care through effective leadership and time management.

What We're Looking For:

Valid NMC Registration General nursing experience, including catheter care and syringe driver training Preferred experience in a Care Home setting Supervisory and leadership skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Skilled in care planning and risk assessment Passion for mentoring and supporting care staff Commitment to professional development Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
