Role Overview:

The Staff Nurse will provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a nursing home setting. Working 36 hours per week on flexible day and night shifts, the nurse will be responsible for administering medications, monitoring residents' health and wellbeing, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the care team to ensure a safe, compassionate, and compliant environment. This role requires at least 1 year of nursing home experience, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Experience Required:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a nursing home setting Valid NMC registration as an RGN or RMN Competent in medication rounds and patient care Ability to work independently and as part of a team
