We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties
Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status and medical histories.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and responding to patients' needs.
Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Participate in continuous professional development to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
Requirements
Valid registration as a nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
Proficiency in medication administration and understanding of pharmacology.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Compassionate nature with a strong commitment to patient care.
Previous experience in a clinical setting is desirable but not essential for newly qualified nurses.
