We are seeking an experienced and dedicated
Registered General Nurse (RGN)
to join our care team on a full-time basis. This role requires a passionate professional with a strong background in elderly care and excellent clinical and leadership skills.Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care to residents in line with NMC standards. Administer medications and oversee clinical procedures with precision. Supervise care teams and ensure high-quality service delivery. Maintain accurate documentation and care plans. Promote residents' dignity, comfort, and independence at all times.
Requirements
Valid
NMC registration (RGN)
.Minimum 3 years' experience
working in a nursing home (essential). Excellent clinical and communication skills. Flexible and proactive approach to work. Compassionate, professional, and committed to quality care.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 19.00-21.00 per hour
