Your Role as a Neu Living Nurse
As a
Registered Nurse
, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care while supporting individuals on their journey to recovery.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading shifts, coordinating and mentoring reablement staff to ensure the highest standards of care and professionalism.
Working collaboratively with our in-house therapy team to support personalised rehabilitation plans.
Carrying out clinical assessments and developing tailored care plans that promote independence and wellbeing.
Creating a safe, therapeutic environment where residents can achieve their goals and regain confidence.
Upholding CQC standards and championing continuous improvement within the service.
Supporting effective and safe medicines management within the home.

What We're Looking For

A valid
NMC registration
and the

Experience or a strong interest in
