Key Responsibilities

Provide outstanding nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Administer medications, treatments, and clinical procedures safely and effectively. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans. Supervise and support care staff, promoting best practices in clinical care. Maintain accurate and timely patient records in line with

NMC

standards and

HIPAA

compliance guidelines. Work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care. Uphold all health and safety protocols, including knowledge of

OSHA

and

FDA

compliance. Assist with the safe lifting, positioning, and transport of patients as required.

Qualifications & Experience Required

A valid

NMC

registration (

RGN

qualification essential). Proven experience as a

Registered Nurse

,

Staff Nurse

, or

Care Home Nurse

. Excellent clinical skills with a naturally caring and empathetic approach.

CPR, ACLS, and BCLS

certification is required. Prior experience in a

nursing home

or

care home

setting is highly preferred. The legal right to work in the UK. Satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check.
