Key Details:

Location: Sidmouth EX10 (coastal Devon location)

Salary: 22.60 per hour (42,300 per year equivalent)

Hours: 36 hours per week (flexible days/nights)

Sponsorship: Available for nurses with 2+ years UK care home experience

Your Role Will Include:

Leading medication rounds and clinical care delivery

Working autonomously during day shifts with nurse-led responsibility

Supervising care staff and mentoring junior team members

Developing personalised care plans for elderly residents

Maintaining accurate records in line with NMC standards

Collaborating with the Deputy Manager and multidisciplinary team

We're Looking For:

Active NMC PIN (RGN/RMN/RNLD)

Minimum 3 years' UK nursing experience (care home setting preferred)

2+ years' UK care home experience for sponsored candidates

Strong clinical skills including wound care and medication management

Ability to work flexible day/night shifts
