About the Role

As a

Day Nurse

, you'll play a vital role in the health and well-being of our residents. You'll be responsible for delivering excellent clinical care, maintaining accurate records, and leading by example to ensure the highest standards are consistently upheld.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver and supervise safe, person-centred nursing care Create and maintain detailed, effective Care Plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Support residents living with dementia with empathy and professionalism Lead and support care staff in daily routines and care practices

What We're Looking For:

Required:

Valid NMC registration (RGN, RMN or RNLD) Minimum 1 year of experience working in a nursing home Experience supporting residents with dementia Experience writing Person-Centred Care Plans

Preferred:

RGN qualification 3 years' experience in a similar role within a nursing home
