Pay: 24.00-43.50 per hour

Main Responsibilities

Provide care in various clinical settings as needed. Assess and monitor patient health statuses. Design and implement personalized care plans. Administer prescribed medications and treatments. Collaborate with healthcare teams for coordinated care delivery. Educate patients/families on health and wellness. Maintain accurate patient documentation and comply with regulations. Champion health and safety standards within clinical practice. Work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

Valid NMC Pin and requisite nursing qualifications. Demonstrated nursing experience in the UK healthcare system. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to challenging situations. Commitment to ethical nursing practices and patient-centered care.
