Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. This is a night shift role with immediate start. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care and will be skilled in various nursing practices. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in assessing patient needs, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care.

Duties

Provide comprehensive patient care, including monitoring vital signs and assessing patient conditions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, including medical histories and treatment plans. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs. Educate patients and their families on health management, medication usage, and post-treatment care. Demonstrate knowledge of anatomy and physiology to inform clinical decisions and interventions. Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in nursing care.

Qualifications

Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered Nurse. Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology related to medication administration. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients and families. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. A compassionate approach towards patient care with a strong ethical foundation in nursing practice.
