Job Description
We are a multi-award winning health & social care recruiter, currently looking for an NMC registered nurse to work in a busy nursing home in DN21 postcode area.
As a RGN/RMN you'll look after the physical, psychological and social needs of residents to ensure quality care is delivered. A wide range of duties that will include developing bespoke care plans and safely administering medication. You will be experienced in relying on your professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions.
Successful applicants will hold a valid NMC registration and have a solid working knowledge of best practices. Have experience in developing and instrumenting care plans. Understand regulatory frameworks including DoLS/ MCA and medication administration guidelines.
We offer pay of 26.50 per hour, paid weekly. We also provide ongoing training & support. Option to join company pension scheme after 12 weeks and a refer a friend scheme.
