About the Role:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Professionals to join a care home settings within the Fife region. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on residents' lives, providing high-quality, person-centred care in a supportive environment.

Working with a diverse range of individuals, you will be responsible for delivering essential care, supporting daily activities, and ensuring the comfort and well-being of residents. Responsibilities (may include but are not limited to):

Providing direct patient care according to care plans. Monitoring residents' health and well-being, reporting any changes. Administering medication safely and accurately. Maintaining clear and accurate care records. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care. Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

Valid professional registration (e.g., NMC PIN for Nurses) Current PVG Scheme membership (or willingness to apply for one if based in Scotland) and a valid

DBS on the Update Service

(or equivalent Scottish disclosures). Experience within a care home or similar healthcare setting is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A compassionate and empathetic approach to care. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: 25.00-27.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
