Duties

Deliver comprehensive patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical history accurately. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans. Educate patients and their families on health management, medication administration, and lifestyle modifications. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities in accordance with legal and organisational standards. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery.

Experience

A valid nursing qualification with current registration as a Registered Nurse. Proven experience in a clinical setting is preferred; however, newly qualified nurses are encouraged to apply. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to effectively assess patient conditions. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families. Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning within the nursing field. Pay: 25.00-30.00 per hour
