Contract: Full-time (36-40 hours per week)
Shifts: Days with some nights
Salary: Up to 21.50 per hour

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
to join our team. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care and supporting residents' health and wellbeing.Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care. Support and supervise care staff, ensuring best practice at all times. Develop, implement, and review individual care plans. Administer medications and treatments in line with NMC standards. Monitor residents' conditions and respond to changes promptly. Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
Requirements
NMC registration (required). RGN/RMN qualification. Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (preferred). Driving licence (preferred). A commitment to delivering person-centred, high-quality care.
