The Partnership in Care are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team at Hazell Court Nursing and Rehabilitation Centre in Sudbury.

We have opportunities available for part time and full time nurses at the Partnership in Care at Hazell Court.

A formal qualification is required but we see life experience and personal values as jut as important.

Skills Required:

- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology

- Proficient in medication administration and dosage calculations

- Excellent patient care skills, including assessing resident needs and providing appropriate interventions

- Effective communication skills to interact with residents, families, and healthcare team members

-Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure quality care

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and adherence to protocols.
