We are looking for a committed and compassionate
Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
to join our care home team inCO10 1BD
. This is afull-time role offering 36 hours per week
, with bothday and night shifts available
depending on your preference.You will play a vital role in supporting our residents, delivering exceptional clinical care, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care to elderly residents. Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans. Monitor residents' conditions and respond to changes promptly. Work closely with the care team to ensure person-centred care. Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Requirements:
Valid NMC registration (RGN or RMN). Experience in a
Nursing Home
orPermanent Elderly Care
setting. Ability to work either day or night shifts. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Compassionate, patient, and committed to delivering high-standard care.Benefits:
