Job Opportunity


Your Role Will Include:


Providing high standards of nursing care in accordance with best practice and professional guidelines.


Ensuring residents' needs are assessed and met through up-to-date, personalised care plans.


Managing medication safely and in line with NMC and company policies.


Supporting the Deputy and Registered Manager in leading the care team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care.


Supervising care staff, providing mentorship and clinical guidance to ensure best practice.


Maintaining accurate documentation including care plans, risk assessments, and clinical records.


Promoting residents' independence, dignity, and wellbeing at all times.


Liaising effectively with GPs, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.


Ensuring compliance with health and safety, infection control, and safeguarding requirements.


Taking charge of the home when required in the absence of senior management.


What We're Looking For:


Registered Nurse (Level 1) with current NMC registration.


Proven experience in a nursing or healthcare setting (care home experience desirable).


Excellent clinical skills with strong understanding of person-centred care principles.


Sound knowledge of NMC standards, CQC requirements, and the Care Standards Act.


Effective communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide others.


Ability to work calmly under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.


A positive, compassionate, and professional approach to resident care.


Commitment to ongoing professional development and revalidation.
