Your Role

As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a key role in supporting residents with both clinical and daily living needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering safe, person-centred nursing care Administering medications and treatments Monitoring residents' health and responding to changes Supporting with mobility, hygiene, and wellbeing Leading and mentoring carers during your shift Keeping accurate care plans and documentation up to date

What We're Looking For

? NMC-registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)
? Previous nursing experience desirable (but not essential)
? Confident in medication management, wound care, and health monitoring
? Compassionate, calm, and committed to resident-focused care
? A strong communicator and supportive team player
? Organised and reliable in a small but busy setting
