Duties

Administer medications and monitor patients for any adverse reactions or side effects. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare staff to develop and implement individualised care plans. Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment plans, and medication usage. Conduct physical examinations and assess patients' health status through knowledge of anatomy. Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies while ensuring a safe environment for all individuals in care.

Experience

A valid nursing qualification with registration as a nurse with the relevant regulatory body is essential. Previous experience in a clinical setting is highly desirable, particularly in areas such as acute care or community health. Demonstrated knowledge of patient care practices, medication administration protocols, and anatomy is required. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team are essential for success in this role.
