Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
to join our care team. This role offers flexibility to work bothdays and nights
on a rota basis.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents. Administer medications and treatments in line with NMC standards. Carry out assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate outcomes. Supervise and support care staff, ensuring the highest standards of care. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with safeguarding, health, and safety standards. Collaborate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
Valid
NMC registration
as RGN or RMN. Minimum1 year of nursing experience
(care home experience preferred). Must hold adriving licence
(essential). Excellent communication, teamwork, and clinical skills. Compassionate and committed to delivering outstanding care.Benefits:
