Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties

Deliver comprehensive patient care by assessing patients' needs and developing individualised care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Monitor patients' vital signs and overall health status, promptly reporting any changes to the medical team. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment options. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities to enhance nursing skills.

Qualifications

Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to inform patient assessments and interventions. Excellent medication administration skills, with attention to detail in dosage calculations. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a calm and professional demeanour. Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
