Full-Time - 36 hours per week (Day Shifts)Salary:
20 per hour + Paid Breaks (30 minutes)About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at a respected care home in NP4 5DT. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the care team to ensure residents receive high-quality, person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
Administer medications and lead medication rounds Deliver hands-on clinical care and monitor residents' health Work as part of a team to provide physical and emotional support to residents Maintain accurate and up-to-date care plans and medical records Follow best practices and safety standards within the care home
Requirements
Active NMC registration (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) Previous experience working in a care home environment Strong clinical skills, including medication administration A caring, reliable, and team-oriented approach
