Job Description
Degree or nursing diploma in Adult Nursing and registered with the NMC Broad range of clinical experience, ideally surgical experience working across a variety of areas or previous band 5 role Ability to work independently and part of a team Excellent time management skills and ability to work to a deadline Good communication skills both verbal, written and non verbal Ability to work to own limitations and know when to ask for help Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment and adapt to change Flexible and able to work across all 3 sites and arrive for the start time of the shift at any site (ideally car driver)
