About the Role

We are currently recruiting an experienced and compassionate

Registered General Nurse (RGN)

to join our dedicated care team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents, ensuring their wellbeing, dignity, and comfort at all times.

As part of our nursing team, you'll provide clinical leadership, administer medication, and support care staff in maintaining exceptional standards across the home.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with NMC standards and company policies. Administer medication safely and accurately. Lead and supervise care staff, promoting teamwork and a supportive environment. Maintain accurate and detailed care records. Build positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals. Promote independence, dignity, and respect in all aspects of care.

Requirements

Must be a

Registered General Nurse (RGN)

with valid

NMC registration

. Minimum

2 years of experience

working in a

nursing home setting

. Excellent communication, clinical, and leadership skills. Compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional care.
