Salary:

22.25 per hour - for Nurses with 2+ years' UK experience 20.25 per hour - for Nurses with a newly issued NMC PIN

Hours:

33 hours per week (Days and Nights - 3 shifts per week)

Your Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse, you will:

Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to residents in line with NMC standards. Create and review personalised care plans that promote dignity, comfort, and independence. Administer medication, manage clinical documentation, and monitor health conditions accurately. Support and mentor care staff to ensure best practice across the team. Build positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals. Ensure all regulatory and safeguarding standards are met consistently. Contribute to a positive, homely atmosphere where residents feel valued and respected.

About You

Current

NMC registration (PIN)

as a Registered Nurse (Adult). A genuine passion for delivering person-centred care. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Experience in a nursing home or similar care setting is desirable. A commitment to maintaining the highest clinical and care standards.
